Kekuja's latest CD, "Live at Josline's"!
This CD showcases our fusion of African and Middle Eastern music.  We play several drums.  There is singing, chanting, clarinet melodies and other Middle Eastern and African instruments.  All dancable!  (We wish we had video of dancers at Josline's restaurant who gave our music physical expression at Josline's as we were recording.)

Who We Are

Kekuja is the current performing ensemble led by Kevin Marshall.   We play African music, Middle Eastern music, and a mixture of the two...with some jazz and showtunes added occasionally for variety.   Since 1995 we have played at events with a wide range   -- from Montessori to high schools to Senior Centers   -- from weddings to memorial services   -- from the loudest most public festivals to playing for yoga classes and lightworker faires at low meditative volume   We play for dancers.   We are highly professional and affordable!
